Travis Steckler is the President and Owner of All Season Motorsports our great family business! This business runs through Travis in every way with help from our rockstar team! Travis is the computer and mechanical GURU at All Season who really does everything. Our business philosophy as a family business at All Season Motorsports is the same as our family business in Bismarck, ND (Advanced Fleet Services)… We truly take care of the customer each time in every way, by truly caring, going above and beyond, and they will keep coming back. We live by this motto at All Season Motorsports, as well. Travis has a degree in commercial aviation from University of North Dakota and now only flies planes for enjoyment when he isn’t running this business. Travis took over All Season Motorsports in February 2023 from our family members, Dawn and Allen Pritchard, and are the reason for this great business! Travis has been married to his wife, Lorie, for 15 years and have 3 kids, Mya, Carter, and Wyatt that his life revolves around. In Travis’s free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, traveling, going to concerts with his wife and friends, and going to the family cabin with his family.

Dustin Steckler is the General Manager of All Season Motorsports at our West Fargo location! This business runs through Dustin in every way with help from our rockstar team! Dustin is the marketing, sales, and human resources contact at All Season who loves to always be juggling 18 different things… like his wife says, “he thrives on it!” Our business philosophy as a family business at All Season Motorsports is the same as our family business in Bismarck, ND (Advanced Fleet Services) We truly take care of the customer each time in every way, by truly caring and going above and beyond, and they will keep coming back. We live by this motto at All Season Motorsports, as well. Dustin has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from University of North Dakota, along with a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Mary. Dustin started running All Season Motorsports with his brother, Travis, in 2023 from our family members, Dawn and Allen Pritchard, and are the reason for this great business! Dustin has been married to his wife, Megan, for 10 years. They have 4 kids, Rylee, Kinley, Brody, and Cash that his life revolves around and motivates him each and every day. In Dustin’s free time, you can normally find him NOT sitting still! He loves to be outdoors hunting, snow skiing, or water skiing, and doing one of his many house or yard projects.  He also loves spending time with his family by attending the boys’ basketball tournaments, his daughters’ golf tournaments or track meets, at a concert with his wife, or on vacation.

Brian is our Parts Manager and helps when he can with our social media, marketing, and web postings, along with assisting our sales team. As our parts manager, Brian has a vast knowledge of parts and accessories and will be more than willing to help find them for your golf cart, new or used. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a 2 year degree in Computer Science. He was in motorcycle and off-road vehicle sales prior to working for All Season Motorsports. Brian has over 15 years of experience in motorsports and has a wealth of knowledge of parts and sales. Brian has been with All Season Motorsports since 2018. He enjoys visiting with customers and helping them find the golf cart they are looking for! In his free time, he enjoys time on his motorcycle, travel, camping, and occasionally ax throwing!

Brian’s normal hours at All Season Motorsports are 7:00am to 4:00pm M-F.

Dan Holzheimer is a rockstar salesman and Sales and Rental Manager at All Season Motorsports in West Fargo. Dan has a degree in Sales Administration and Fluid Power from Alexandria Technical College. Dan has 8 years of sales experience and has been working on equipment, machinery, and vehicles for over 15 years. Because of Dan’s experience, he is a great resource for tough issues that come up every day. Dan has been with All Season Motorsports Since 2023. Dan enjoys visiting with customers about their hobbies and what we might have in common. He wants them to feel that he is looking out for their best interests and getting them the best deal he can when talking golf carts. In Dan’s free time, he enjoys hunting, going to the cabin with his family, working on the family farm, and coaching youth wrestling.

Dan’s normal hours at All Season Motorsports are 7:00am to 4:00pm M-F.

Travis is another one of our rockstar salesmen and Sales and Rental Manager at All Season Motorsports. He can help any customer or business with their golf cart needs. He specializes in coordinating with golf courses within Minnesota and North Dakota with their seasonal rental and leasing needs. Travis has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing and Management and has been in sales for 22 years. Travis has been with All Season Motorsports Since 2023. Travis enjoys helping customers find the right golf cart for them and their family. Travis loves to see the joy customers have when purchasing a toy, like a golf cart. In Travis’s free time he is with his family. In the winter, he is usually at a hockey rink watching his kids and in the summer, he enjoys going to the lake and spending time with friends and family.

Travis’s normal hours at All Season Motorsports are 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F.

Blake is a Golf Cart Technician at All Season Motorsports. Blake is busy everyday working on all major and minor repairs of all golf carts, along with working on upgrading or customizing a golf cart with upgrades or accessories. When he’s not in the shop, he is on the Bobcat in the winter or hauling carts all over the area. Blake has been with All Season Motorsports since 2022. Blake has a Welding Certification from Newaygo County Career Technical College, 4 years of professional technical experience, along with turning wrenches since he was 16 yrs of age. In Blake’s free time, he enjoys fishing, off roading, and being in the outdoors.

Blake’s hours at All Season Motorsports are 9:ooam to 6:00pm M-F.

Jacob is our Service Manager at All Season Motorsports in West Fargo. Jacob stays busy everyday managing all aspects of the service shop and getting his hands dirty occasionally with the tough issues that arise. Jacob was our rockstar college intern and now we are grateful to have him full time as a technician for our team. Jacob has been with All Season Motorsports since 2023. Jacob has a Motorsports Technician Degree from NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND. In Jacob’s free time, he likes to hunt and fish, or you might catch him on one of his many motorcycles.

Jacob’s hours at All Season Motorsports are 7:00am to 4:oopm M-F.

Dylan is a Golf Cart Technician at All Season Motorsports. Dylan is busy everyday working on all repairs of our golf carts, and upgrading or customizing a golf cart with upgrades or accessories. Dylan was another one of our rockstar summer interns and now we are grateful to have him full time as a technician for our team. Dylan has been with All Season Motorsports since 2023. Dylan has many years of experience as an Automotive Technician doing oil changes, tires, and light repairs. In Dylan’s free time, he likes to travel, listen to live music, go on motorcycle rides, and work on his truck.

Dylan’s hours at All Season Motorsports are 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F.

Dominic Haugen is our rockstar Salesman/Store Manager at All Season Motorsports Bismarck. He is our Sales Guy/Store Manager but also a go to for rentals, new or used carts, website inventory, or parts. Dominic has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from North Dakota State University. Although Dominic is new to sales, he believes he’s found his passion here at All Season Motorsports. Dominic has been with All Season Motorsports since April of 2024. Dominic loves getting to know his customers and seeing what he can do for them. He wants his customers to know that he has their best interest at heart. In Dominic’s free time, he has a huge passion for golf, which makes him a great fit for our team!

Ryan Kadrmas is our rockstar Salesman/Store Manager at All Season Motorsports Bismarck. Ryan is our Sales Guy/Store Manager but also our go-to Shop Foreman, parts guy, cart leasing, and can even be found repairing a cart at times. Ryan has 15 years of sales experience in retail and the insurance industry. Ryan has been with All Season Motorsports since April 2024. Ryan enjoys visiting with customers about their hobbies and what we might have in common. He wants them to feel that he is looking out for there best interests and getting them the best deal he can when talking golf carts. In Ryan’s free time, he enjoys golfing as much as possible and being outside.

Parker is busy everyday working on all major and minor repairs of all golf carts, along with working on upgrading or customizing a golf cart with upgrades or accessories. Parker Comes to us with a Ton of Diesel, Automotive, and Small Engine Mechanic experience along with a ton of experience working at a Golf Course and has been a great fit to the team! Parker has been with All Season Motorsports West Fargo Location since May of 2025. When Parker is not working, he enjoys spending time in his garage tinkering on projects—whether it’s fixing things or just working with his hands. Parker also enjoys doing renovations around the house and firing up the grill or smoker to try out something new. He loves getting outside to camp, relax by a bonfire, and spend time traveling with his wife—They are always up for exploring new places and making memories together.

Allen was the guy wearing all of the hats here, and is the reason why All Season Motorsports is here. He graduated from NDSCS with a degree in small engines. He worked with small engines long before he went to college, snowmobiles, four wheelers and motorcycles were all part of his childhood and he worked on all of them. He knew small engines inside and out! In Allen’s free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery shooting with his daughters, and snowmobiling in the mountains of West Yellowstone.

Dawn Is the office manager – manning the phones, sender of emails and collector of receipts. She can help you with sales, but not in the service department! When she is out off the office, you can generally find her with her daughters, reading a book, or trying to enjoy the sun in the summer.

Was an amazing salesman, a mechanic, parts guy- he was great at finding the parts you need – you may also have caught him delivering golf carts for us all over the area. He brought over 27 years experience working on engines and truly enjoyed speaking with customers to find the golf cart that fits their need best. Troy enjoyed his free time fishing in his boat or out on the ice and spending time with his family.
