About Us

All Season Motorsports was started in 2002 and is a true story of a small-town root’s family owned and operated business.

Allen Pritchard started All Season Motorsports as a snowmobile repair shop in the fall of 2002 in a one stall garage at their farmstead. The All Season Motorsports outgrew that small garage and Allen built a larger shop at their farmstead and became a dealer for Club Car golf carts in the spring of 2004. With the addition of golf cart sales and repairs, the business grew quickly and the next step was to build a shop in West Fargo. The current location of 2205 Sheyenne St. in West Fargo was built in November of 2006 and another expansion of the building took place in 2019 with the addition of the Club Car Onward line. It was in June of 2022 that Allen and Dawn Pritchard decided to put the business up for sale and move into a much deserved early Retirement. After months of thought and a desire to see All Season Motorsports continue and flourish in the future through hard work and family that Allen and Dawn decided to turn over the reins of the business to Dawn’s close cousins Travis and Lorie Steckler and Travis’s Brother Dustin and Megan Steckler March 1st 2023. All Season Motorsports started in 2002 by Allen Pritchard with a core value of hard work, family owned and operated, and treating the customer how you would treat family every time and with Travis and Dustin Steckler and their families this will continue to be the core of All Season Motorsports for many many more years to come! All Season Motorsports is North Dakota’s go to for any golf cart or off-road vehicle need! All Season has new Club Car golf carts for you and over 150 used golf carts in stock. We have the largest inventory in the area with 3 Golf Cart Technicians and full service parts, accessories, rental carts, and leasing programs for golf courses. Travis Steckler

President and Owner

Travis Steckler is the President and Owner of All Season Motorsports our great Family Business! This business runs through Travis in every way with help from our Rockstar Team! Travis is the Computer and Mechanical GURU at All Season who really does everything. Our Business philosophy as a Family Business at All Season Motorsports is the same as our family business in Bismarck ND (Advanced Fleet Services) Truly Take care of the Customer each time in every way by truly caring and truly going above and beyond and they will keep coming back. We live by this motto at All Season Motorsports as well. Travis has a degree in Commercial Aviation from University of North Dakota and now only flys planes for fun when he isn’t running this business. Travis took over All Season Motorsports in February 2023 from our family members that started this great business and are the reason for this great business, Allen and Dawn Pritchard. Travis has been married to his great wife and business partner Lorie for many years now and have 3 kids, Mya, Carter, and Wyatt that his life revolves around. In Travis’s Free Time he is an outdoors man, fix it guy, and family man. He enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, going to country concerts with his wife and friends (Especially Big &Rich or Chris Jansen) and going to the family cabin with his family.

Dustin Steckler

General Manager

Dustin Steckler is the General Manager of All Season Motorsports our great Family Business! This business runs through Dustin in every way with help from our Rockstar Team! Dustin is the Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources guy at All Season that loves to always be juggling 18 different things, like his wife says “He thrives on it” . Our Business philosophy as a Family Business at All Season Motorsports is the same as our family business in Bismarck ND (Advanced Fleet Services) Truly Take care of the Customer each time in every way by truly caring and truly going above and beyond and they will keep coming back. We live by this motto at All Season Motorsports as well. Dustin has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from University of North Dakota, along with a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Mary. Dustin started running All Season Motorsports with his Brother Travis in 2023 and took over from our family members that started this great business and are the reason for this great business, Allen and Dawn Pritchard. Dustin has been married to his Amazing wife Megan for many years now and have 4 kids, Rylee, Kinley, Brody, and Cash that his life revolves around and motivates him each and every day. In Dustin’s Free Time you can normally find him NOT sitting still. He loves to be outdoors especially at the Family Lake Cabin or Home in Mandan ND. Dustin loves being with his family whether it is doing one of his many house or yard projects, hunting, snow or water skiing, At the boys basketball tournaments, At his Daughter’s golf tournament, At his Daughter’s track or XC Meet, at a concert with his wife, or on vacation.

Brian Boroski

Parts Manager

Brian is our parts manager, and helps with social media, marketing, and web posting here along with assisting our sales team. As our Parts Manager, Brian has a vast knowledge of parts and accessories and will be more than willing to help find them for your Golf cart new or used. Brian has a degree in business management and a minor in computer science and was in motorcycle and off-road vehicle sales prior to working for All Season Motorsports. Brian has over 15 years’ experience in Motorsports parts and sales. He has a wealth of knowledge! Brian has been with All Season Motorsports since 2018. He enjoys visiting with customers and helping them find the golf cart they are looking for! In his free time he enjoys time on his motorcycle, travel, camping, target shooting, and occasionally ax throwing!

Dan Holzheimer

Salesman

Dan Holzheimer is a Rockstar Salesman and Shop Lead as our Shop Foreman at All Season Motorsports. He is our Sales Guy that is also our Technician’s go to with the tough issues. Dan has a degree in Sales Administration and Fluid Power from Alexandria Technical College. Dan has 8 years of Sales Experience and has been working on equipment, machinery, and vehicles for over 15 years. Dan has been with All Season Motorsports Since 2023. Dan likes visiting with customers about their hobbies and what we might have in common. He wants them to feel that he is looking out for there best interests and getting them the best deal he can when talking Golf Carts. In Dan’s Free Time he enjoys hunting, going to the cabin with his family, working on the family farm, and coaching youth wrestling.

Travis McLaurin

Salesman and Manager of Rentals and Leasing

Travis is a Rockstar Salesman and Manager of Rentals and Leasing at All Season Motorsports. He is our Sales Guy that can help any customer with their Golf cart needs or Businesses or Golf Courses with Renting or Leasing multiple carts for their event or course. Travis has a degree in Business Administration/Marketing and Management and has been in sales for 22 years. Travis Has been with All Season Motorsports Since 2023. Travis enjoys helping customers find the right golf cart for them and there family. Travis Loves to see the joy customers have when purchasing a toy like a golf cart. In Travis’s free time he is with his family. In the Winter he is usually at a Hockey Rink watching his kids. In the Summer he enjoys going to the Lake and spending time with Friends and Family.

Taiya Tibiatowski

Saleswoman and Co-Manager

Taiya is a Saleswoman and Co-Manager of Rentals at All Season Motorsports. She is the Facebook and Website Guru for posting our Golf Cart inventory coming and going! And we have a ton of Inventory of new and used golf carts so that is no easy task. Taiya has been with All Season Motorsports Since 2022. Taiya enjoys setting up your rental for your special event and helping customers find the right golf cart for their needs. In Taiya’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, and traveling.

Taiya’s normal hours at All Season Motorsports are 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F.

Blake Hance

Golf Cart Technician

Blake is a Golf Cart Technician at All Season Motorsports. Blake is busy everyday working on all Major and minor repairs of all Golf Carts along with working on Upgrading or customizing a golf cart with upgrades or accessories. When not in the shop he is on the Bobcat in the winter or hauling carts all over the area. Blake has been with All Season Motorsports since 2022. Blake has a Welding Certification from Newaygo County Career Technical College and has 4 years of Professional Technical experience along with turning wrenches since he was 16 yrs of age. In Blake’s free time he enjoys fishing, off roading, and being in the outdoors.

Blake’s hours at All Season Motorsports are 9:ooam to 6:00pm M-F.

Jacob Daub

Golf Cart Technician

Jacob is a Golf Cart Technician at All Season Motorsports. Jacob is busy everyday working on all Major and minor repairs of all Golf Carts along with working on Upgrading or customizing a golf cart with upgrades or accessories. Jacob was our Rockstar College Intern and now we are grateful to have him full time as a technician for our team. Jacob has been with All Season Motorsports since 2023. Jacob has a Motorsports Technician Degree from NDSCS in Wahpeton ND. In Jacob’s free time he likes to hunt and fish or you might catch him on one of his many motorcycles.

Rylyn Thornton

Golf Cart Technician

Rylyn is a Golf Cart Technician at All Season Motorsports. Rylyn is busy everyday working on all Major and minor repairs of all Golf Carts along with working on Upgrading or customizing a golf cart with upgrades or accessories. Rylyn was our Rockstar Summer Intern and now we are grateful to have him full time as a technician for our team. Rylyn has been with All Season Motorsports since 2023. Rylyn took one year of the Motorsports Technician Program at NDSCS in Wahpeton ND. In Rylyn’s free time he likes to ride and work on Motorcycles or you might catch him playing his guitar!

Dylan Strand

Golf Cart Technician

Dylan is a Golf Cart Technician at All Season Motorsports. Dylan is busy everyday working on All repairs of all Golf Carts along with a ton of work on Upgrading or customizing a golf cart with upgrades or accessories. Dylan was our Rockstar Summer Intern and now we are grateful to have him full time as a technician for our team. Dylan has been with All Season Motorsports since 2023. Dylan has many years as a Automotive Technician doing Oil Changes, Tires, and light repairs. In Dylan’s free time he likes to travel, listen to live music, go on Motorcycle rides, and work on his truck.

Allen

Technician specializing in small engines

Allen Is the guy wearing all of the hats here. He graduated from NDSCS with a degree in small engines. He has been working with small engines long before he went to college, snowmobiles, four wheelers and motorcycles were all part of his childhood and he worked on all of them. He knows small engines inside and out! When he has free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, archery shooting with his daughters and snowmobiling in the mountains of West Yellowstone.

Dawn

Office manager

Dawn Is the office manager – manning the phones, sender of emails and collector of receipts. She can help you with sales, but not in the service department! When she is out off the office you can generally find her with her daughters, reading a book or trying to enjoy the sun in the summer.

Troy

Salesman

Is a salesman, a mechanic and finds the parts you need – you may also see him delivering golf carts. He has over 25 years experience working on engines and truly enjoys speaking with customers to find the golf cart that fits their needs. He enjoys his free time fishing in his boat or on the ice and spending time with his family.
